The Week 10 college football schedule is packed with ranked matchups, and the betting lines reflect it. The SEC alone features Alabama at LSU (-5.5), Georgia at Ole Miss (+3.5) and Texas at Missouri (+2.5), while the headline game is a top-five showdown with No. 1 Miami visiting No. 4 Notre Dame.

The Fighting Irish are 5.5-point favorites against the Hurricanes as they look to avenge last season's loss. Out west, BYU visits Utah seeking a fourth consecutive win over the Utes in a rivalry that stretches back more than 100 years, with third-ranked Utah favored by 5.5 points at home.

Before locking in any Week 10 wagers, bettors may want to consider the latest projections from SportsLine's model, which simulates every FBS game 10,000 times. The model entered the week with an 80-77 record on its top-rated college football picks this season and has now locked in selections for every matchup.

One of the model's top Week 10 recommendations is Ohio State (-7.5, 46.5) to cover against Oregon in a 3:30 p.m. ET kickoff Saturday on CBS and Paramount+. The Buckeyes are coming off a loss at USC, but freshman quarterback Luke Fahey should be more comfortable at home against a Ducks defense that has allowed more passing touchdowns than all but three other Big Ten teams.

Oregon arrives off a win over Northwestern, but the model projects Ohio State to win by double digits, covering the spread in more than 60% of simulations. The Buckeyes have covered in 80% of their home games since the start of the 2025 season.

Another prediction the model likes is Oklahoma (+6.5) covering at Florida, which it sees happening well over 50% of the time. The Gators have lost three of their last four games, with every defeat coming by 19 or more points. Aaron Philo returned at quarterback for Florida last weekend but was benched during a loss to Georgia after throwing two interceptions, and his replacement, Tramell Jones, committed two turnovers of his own.

Oklahoma, by contrast, has stability under center. John Mateer has averaged 296.5 total yards with four passing touchdowns and zero turnovers over his last two games. With Florida also leading the SEC in penalty yards, the model does not see the Gators pulling away, and it projects the Over to connect in 58% of simulations.

The model also projects three upsets in ranked matchups this week, based on the poll rankings, and has made a call on who wins and covers in every game on the schedule.

Other notable Saturday lines include Michigan (-13.5) hosting Michigan State, Tennessee (-6.5) facing Kentucky, Houston (-10.5) taking on Cincinnati and Army (-3) meeting Air Force. The Week 10 slate begins Wednesday night with three games, including Ball State at UMass and Toledo at Sacramento State. All odds are subject to change.
