St. Petersburg Council Backs Heavy Subsidy to Revive Stalled Deuces Townhome Project
City council approved a $13.1 million construction price and a $5.98 million loan for 24 affordable townhomes on a long-vacant lot in the historic Deuces district, over objections from two members.
