Honor has announced four new gaming-focused devices that stretch what mobile hardware can do on screen refresh rates, battery capacity and cooling. The lineup includes the Honor Win Tablet and three phones: the Win2, the Win2 RT and the Win Turbo.
The tablet is the standout for display speed. Its 8.4-inch OLED panel runs at 240Hz, and the device is actively cooled by a 15,000rpm fan built into the camera island on the back. That fan is meant to keep its Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor from running hot. The screen reaches 6,000 nits of peak brightness and uses PWM dimming at either 4,400Hz or 5,920Hz, depending on the refresh rate.
Other tablet specifications include a 10,000mAh battery with 66W charging, 12GB or 16GB of RAM, and 256GB or 512GB of storage. It runs Magic OS 11, Honor's software based on Android 17. Pricing starts at CNY 4,499, roughly $670.
The Win2 is described as this year's flagship gaming phone from Honor. It carries two active cooling fans: one that can spin up to 20,000rpm and a side-mounted fan that reaches 31,000rpm. The setup is aimed at preventing overheating, a concern that has been alleged around the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chip the phone uses.
Its OLED panel offers 10,000 nits of peak brightness, a 185Hz refresh rate and 5,920Hz PWM dimming. The phone comes with 16GB of RAM, 1TB of storage and a 200MP, 1/1.4-inch main camera with optical image stabilization. The battery is rated at 10,100mAh, supported by 100W wired and 80W wireless charging, and the device has IP68, IP69 and IP69K ratings. It also runs Magic OS 11, and starts at CNY 5,499, about $990.
The Win2 RT steps down slightly to a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor while keeping an active cooling fan. It uses a physically smaller 200MP camera sensor, yet its battery grows to 12,070mAh. It starts at CNY 4,199, around $630.
At the mid-range end sits the Win Turbo, which uses a Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chip. Honor lowers its main camera to 50MP and removes the cooling fan, but the phone keeps the 12,070mAh battery found in the Win2 RT. It starts at CNY 3,299, roughly $500.
As with earlier Honor Win products, the new series appears to be limited largely to China. Honor has confirmed there will be no global release, although the company has not ruled out specific regional launches.
