The NHL wraps up the first full week of November with six games on Sunday, and fatigue could be a factor: five of the 12 teams involved also played Saturday. Here is what to know about each matchup, with odds provided by DraftKings and subject to change.

The day opens with the Florida Panthers visiting the Boston Bruins at 1 p.m. ET on NHL Network, where Boston is a -135 favorite with an over/under of 6.5. Former Bruins captain Brad Marchand, sent to Florida in a midseason trade in 2025, is unlikely to play as he recovers from a knee injury, though he is traveling with the Panthers on this road trip. Matthew Tkachuk leads Florida with 25 points in 17 games, while David Pastrnak paces Boston with 22 in 17. The Panthers enter five points behind the first-place Bruins.

At 3:30 p.m. ET on ESPN+, the Vegas Golden Knights visit the Buffalo Sabres, with Buffalo at -108. The game gives Sabres fans another chance to voice their feelings toward Jack Eichel, traded to Vegas in 2021, and it does not conflict with the Buffalo Bills, who are on Monday night this week. Both teams made the 2026 playoffs, but Vegas has looked more like a 2027 postseason club so far, while Buffalo is 3-4-0 at home. Eichel leads the Golden Knights with 23 points in 18 games, while his U.S. Olympic teammate Tage Thompson tops Buffalo with 19 points in 16.

The Tampa Bay Lightning, coming off an overtime win over Minnesota on Saturday, visit the Winnipeg Jets at 6 p.m. ET on ESPN+, with Tampa Bay at -125. The clubs met Oct. 29 in a 6-4 Lightning victory, in which Tampa built a 5-1 lead through two periods before Winnipeg scored three straight to pull within one; Pontus Holmberg then sealed it with an empty-net goal.

The New Jersey Devils visit the Toronto Maple Leafs at 7 p.m. ET on NHL Network, with New Jersey at -135. Both missed the 2026 playoffs but are in the mix now: the Devils would hold the Metro's No. 2 seed if the season ended Sunday, while Toronto sits two points behind Florida for the East's second wild card. The Leafs are banged up, with Kirill Marchenko, Miles Wood and Nick Blankenburg among those on the injury report, while Seamus Casey is the only Devil listed. New Jersey is 6-1-0 since trading for Connor Hellebuyck, including four wins in his starts, while Toronto's summer signing Sergei Bobrovsky has sputtered to a 3-7-2 record with a 3.34 goals-against average and a .886 save percentage. Auston Matthews leads the Leafs with 27 points in 18 games, a top-10 mark leaguewide, while fellow U.S. Olympian Jack Hughes has 23 in 17 for New Jersey and scored the overtime winner against the Islanders on Saturday.

At 7 p.m. ET on ESPN+, the Philadelphia Flyers visit the Calgary Flames, with Philadelphia at -118. A Jan. 31, 2025 trade between the clubs looks lopsided in hindsight: Morgan Frost and Joel Farabee went to Calgary, while Andrei Kuzmenko, Jakob Pelletier and two draft picks went to Philadelphia. Farabee (16 points in 17 games) and Frost (12 in 17) rank among the Flames' leading scorers, while Kuzmenko is now in Pittsburgh and Pelletier is in Tampa; one of the picks was used on Michigan State's Shane Vansaghi. The Flyers are 4-10-4 after reaching the 2026 playoffs, while the Flames have outperformed expectations. Matvei Michkov has been a bright spot for Philadelphia with 10 goals in 18 games after scoring 20 in 81 in 2025-26.

The night ends with the Pittsburgh Penguins visiting the Anaheim Ducks at 8 p.m. ET on ESPN+, with Anaheim at -135. Pittsburgh beat the Kings 5-2 on Saturday, halting a four-game losing streak that had followed a separate four-game skid in mid-October. Anaheim has won four straight since its own five-game October slide, scoring at least five goals in each victory. Fans can catch all the action in the NHL streaming hub and on the ESPN App.

Sunday also carries some history. On Nov. 8, 1942, Maurice "Rocket" Richard scored his first NHL regular-season goal in a 10-4 Montreal Canadiens win over the New York Rangers, and on Nov. 8, 1952, his 325th career goal made him the league's all-time leader. Richard played 978 games over 18 seasons with Montreal, recording 544 goals and 422 assists, plus 82 goals in 133 playoff games.
