Head coach Mauricio Pochettino has named a 25-player United States men's national team roster for the Concacaf Nations League quarterfinals against Haiti, with AC Milan attacker Christian Pulisic, Monaco forward Folarin Balogun and Juventus midfielder Weston McKennie leading the group.
The Americans will play a two-leg series against Haiti, starting as the visiting side at Nu Stadium in Miami, Florida on Nov. 14, before hosting the second match at TQL Stadium in Cincinnati, Ohio on Nov. 17.
"We are excited to bring this group together at the beginning of our journey in this important competition," Pochettino said. "These players have earned the opportunity to compete and help achieve our main objective, which is to win and advance in the tournament."
The returns of Balogun, Pulisic and McKennie mark their first appearances with the national team since playing in the 2026 World Cup. All three were absent from the squad during the September and October international windows, when the United States played a slate of friendlies.
The roster carries considerable experience in this competition, with 10 players who were part of a previous Concacaf Nations League title-winning squad. That group includes Tyler Adams, Sergiño Dest, Giovanni Reyna and Antonee Robinson. At the other end of the spectrum, defender Reed Baker-Whiting and midfielder Santiago Castaneda received their first senior call-ups.
Pochettino will try to guide the United States to a fourth Concacaf Nations League crown after the program won each of the three previous editions of the tournament. The quarterfinal series also represents the first official competition for the USMNT since its participation in the 2026 World Cup.
The team enters the knockout round with momentum, having recorded four consecutive victories during the previous international window. The Americans defeated Mexico, Peru, Chile and Canada in friendly matches.
History heavily favors the United States in the matchup. The two nations have met 19 times dating back to 1954, with the Americans holding a record of eight wins, six losses and five draws. The last USMNT defeat to Haiti came on Nov. 5, 1973 in Port-au-Prince.
The squad is made up of three goalkeepers, nine defenders, eight midfielders and five forwards. Pulisic is the most seasoned attacker in the group with 90 international appearances and 33 goals, while McKennie brings 71 caps and 12 goals from midfield. Goalkeeper Matt Freese of New York City FC heads the options in net.
