The San Francisco 49ers will face the Las Vegas Raiders without receivers Mike Evans, Christian Kirk and Deebo Samuel Sr. on Sunday, while the Seattle Seahawks enter their game against the Arizona Cardinals missing several starters. Quarterback changes and depleted receiving groups are among the major injury developments across the NFL's Week 9 schedule.

Evans is sidelined with rib and Achilles issues, Kirk has a knee injury and Samuel is out with a hamstring injury, leaving Brock Purdy without three receiving options. Another San Francisco receiver, Demarcus Robinson, is questionable with an ankle injury after participating on a limited basis in Friday's practice. Raiders cornerback Darien Porter is questionable with a groin injury but practiced fully Friday.

Seattle guard Quenton Nelson needs a minor knee procedure just a week after the Seahawks acquired him from Indianapolis for a third-round pick and a future fifth-round selection. Coach Mike Macdonald announced the procedure, which NFL Media reported would remove troublesome cartilage fragments. Seattle considers the eight-time Pro Bowl selection week-to-week and is keeping him off injured reserve for now. Grey Zabel will likely return to left guard, with Anthony Bradford at right guard.

The Seahawks also ruled out quarterback Sam Darnold with quadriceps and rib injuries, tackle Charles Cross with an ankle injury and receiver Rashid Shaheed with a knee injury. Drew Lock will start in Darnold's place. Seattle's defensive absences include Uchenna Nwosu, Brandon Pili and Leonard Williams.

Cleveland coach Todd Monken said Shedeur Sanders will make his first start of the season against New Orleans. Deshaun Watson remains questionable with a concussion and could serve as the backup if cleared. For the Saints, tackle Kelvin Banks Jr. is questionable to return from an ankle injury, while rookie receiver Jordyn Tyson could make his NFL debut after being listed as questionable with a hamstring injury.

Several other offenses face uncertainty at receiver. The Jets ruled out Garrett Wilson against Kansas City after a concussion kept him from practicing all week. Detroit's Amon-Ra St. Brown is questionable against Miami following limited practices because of a rib injury. Dallas receiver George Pickens and tight end Jake Ferguson are among the Cowboys listed as questionable for Indianapolis; both practiced on a limited basis Friday.

Philadelphia will be without receivers DeVonta Smith and Dontayvion Wicks against the Giants, leaving Joe Milton to rely on Makai Lemon, Darius Cooper and Hollywood Brown. Giants running back Cam Skattebo is doubtful with a hamstring injury. In New England, the Patriots ruled out A.J. Brown and TreVeyon Henderson, while Green Bay will again be without Micah Parsons.

Cincinnati cornerback DJ Turner has no game designation after dealing with a heel injury and is set to play Atlanta in Madrid. Falcons receiver Zachariah Branch and running back Brian Robinson Jr. are out with hamstring injuries. In Sunday night's game, Tampa Bay receiver Emeka Egbuka is questionable against Chicago despite practicing fully Thursday and Friday. Bears running back Kyle Monangai is also questionable and could play for the first time since Week 4.
