Bayern Munich are ready to renew their pursuit of Liverpool winger Rio Ngumoha after failing to secure him during the summer, according to Christian Falk. The Bundesliga champions continue to include the 18-year-old England international among their targets and have maintained contact with his representatives.

Bayern turned to Ismael Saibari when a deal for Ngumoha proved too difficult to complete. Their interest in the Liverpool player has nevertheless continued. Falk also reports that the club is following RB Leipzig winger Antonio Nusa, although the 21-year-old is viewed as a backup option.

Aston Villa goalkeeper Zion Suzuki is being watched by Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, Arsenal, Manchester City, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur, according to TEAMtalk. PSG weighed up a summer approach for the 24-year-old before deciding to give Matvey Safonov and Lucas Chevalier further opportunities. Arsenal and Manchester City are assessing Suzuki with a longer-term view rather than working toward an immediate transfer.

The same report links Real Madrid's interest to planning for the eventual succession of Thibaut Courtois, even as the club prepares to offer its first-choice goalkeeper another contract. Liverpool, meanwhile, have uncertainty surrounding Alisson Becker's future. In a separate report, Football Insider says Liverpool are targeting Brighton & Hove Albion goalkeeper Bart Verbruggen for a summer move.

Manchester United are the most persistent Premier League suitor for Como centre-back Jacobo Ramón, according to AS, with Chelsea and Liverpool also monitoring him. The 21-year-old remains focused on Como, but Real Madrid retain 50% of his rights and have a clause allowing them to sign him for around €10 million. Madrid regard Ramón as their leading option to replace Antonio Rüdiger should he depart when his contract expires in the summer.

Tottenham and Manchester United are also following Nottingham Forest attacking midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White, TEAMtalk reports. Forest consider the 26-year-old an important player and have no intention of letting him go, despite increasing interest from both clubs. Tottenham came close to signing him in 2025 and believe he would still be willing to join. United see the England international as a potential replacement for Bruno Fernandes if he leaves Old Trafford.

RB Leipzig defender Castello Lukeba has harboured ambitions of playing for Barcelona, according to Sky Germany's Philipp Hinze. The 23-year-old wants a move to a leading club and a France national team call-up. He sought a transfer last summer without securing one, while his release clause is due to fall from €80 million to €65 million in the coming summer.

Elsewhere, Nicolo Schira reports that Achraf Hakimi is nearing an agreement to extend his PSG contract until 2031 and that Lazio have begun discussions over a deal keeping Fisayo Dele-Bashiru until 2030. Footmercato reports that Le Havre are considering Shelbourne striker Mipo Odubeko, whose contract expires this winter.
